I had an excellent experience working with Alberto. As a first time home buyer, I had too many things going on my head related to process and of course how to stay within my budget. Alberto walked me on each steps and clarified before even I start looking for houses. I never felt any pressure while working with him, he always put my interest on top during the entire period. I bought this house in Wendell, NC from the same agency (Mark Jackson) in 2013. He kept in touch every few months, after the date of sale, to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. He always showed interest in my family and the community with his charity causes. This the finest organization I have ever had the pleasure to work with in my 68 years on earth. I never planned to sell this property. BUT my wife of 40 years passed, and I could stay there. Lisa Jackson was the agent that sold this property. Her advice and guidance allowed us to get more than I had thought possible. I did try a discount agent to try to cut the agents costs. This turned out to be a waste of a lot of time (6 months) and then received an offer of $75,000.00 LESS than what Lisa got for me. Another agent in this office named Terry Robinson was critical in working to ensure that all my paperwork was correct with the county. You WILL NOT go wrong with this agency.
